Fixed framerate issue.

Good game but many annoying glitches.

Please fix the following bugs/glitches:-
1) Bike missing the ramps while turning causing crash.
2) Create an alternative path above the tunnel instead of crashing at the beginning after a ramp jump.
3) When power ups are activated, there are no coins being spawned.
4) Decrease the cornering turn radius.
5) Some roof tops are considered crashes while others are considered fly overs.
6) Show how many number of thing are left to perform in missions. Eg:- Use nitro for 15 seconds, please show that you have done 10 seconds out of 15 in the pause menu. Or do 4 fly overs, show that you have done 3 in the pause menu.
7) Stop repetitive lvl 10 missions while others haven’t reached lvl 10.
