Dear ludo star developers the game is excellent but kindly improve something in game like (location,reduce chest open time) if we change our location by choice or by mistake then we can’t change before 60 days n chest open timing is 4 hours it’s long time make some change on that 2 points.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES
The customer care is the worst part of this game . They are so poor that they hardly ever reply to your emails. Even if they reply after about ten days they will only ask when did that happen and when you reply that they will never revert back to you again . I played a 50 M game of four people , I was about to win the game when the game hanged for all four of us , we can chat at that time and send gifts to each other but game was not moving (have exit the game after waiting for an hour and lost my own 50M). I took screenshots and made a video recording of that as well and send them to customer service email but despite after more than ten days and few reminders they never resolved the issue and worse they never get back to me despite saying that I will write a negative review they never responded. REALLY POOR

Fully one sided game when playing online it only matches the muslim countries and it is fully fixed that if there is countries like Saudi Arabia Pakistan UAE etc we will never win weather u r a pro player it will any how automatically goes in side of these countries you will loose even the winning match other side they will win the loosing match at last any how so i request ios developer to fix this problem or remove this app from app store i request appstore to remove this game like google playstore this is full fake game you can check it’s facebook page it only supports muslim players and those who purchased gems or coins from them it is a game there should be equality but this developers should v ashamed of makeg games according to religions and finally removed this game
