I am really impressed with the app and its function ,thinking what it could do in the full version ,I came across the app on you tube watching a photography video , the only issue is i am not able to pay the one time payment as that is a big amount for me right now ,I have got this iMac on loan and also do free lance photography ,i wish if the developer could help me with some discount so that i could purchase the app and use it

I have purchased the CleanMyMac X through App Store. As soon as I have started using it, it crashes in my iMac and when it is open all other applications are unresponsive. Asked for a refund from MacPaw but they replied that as I had not purchased from their site but from a Apple App. So I contacted them they didnt talk about refund or anything instead they contact me to MacPaw Support. Finally I have lost my Rs 2949 for this year subscription. The sad part is that as soon as i have purchased I had to delete it. Just LOST the money.

I'm afraid to afflict you, but all applications which has been purchased from App Store can be refunded only from Apple. The thing is, that purchase is not going through our billing system. Unfortunately we don't have access to their database, so at this point, you need to contact Apple support.

I downloaded this app for the sake of cleaning my macbook but everywhere I see, on the app, requires payment, or a 7 days trial. This is absurd. I am from India and the dollar to indian rupee is a huge currency conversion. Purchasing Power Parity is big when dollars to rupees. This app costs around 2,400 rupees, an amounth in which I can purchase an Apple Extended Warranty or an extra SSD of 256 GB eliminating the need of purchasing this app. You should keep cleaing servuce free and other un-necessary features for pro users, simply because this app is for cleaning the mac and it gives 7 days for using it, not worth it. Change your marketing strategy.
