Withdrawal to India
Withdrawal is mess in this app, you can withdraw to bank card or bank transfer the withdrawal is bounce backed. The customer care is annoying they just give you time assurance but no feedback. My suggestion don’t fall for app. Customer care is worst
Update finally customer care helped and the profits was credited to my bank thanks. Please to resolve this issues on priority

Overall alright but there were some major mind changing issues!
Account opening was smooth at first but i didn’t like the fact that they asked for bank statement to verify my address.
The other point that bugged me is that at first the deposits were smooth ( personally, up-to 4 deposits) however, when i made another deposit my money was debited from my bank account and yet not credited to my exness account even after 24 hours (it said it was processing). After 24 hours, i mailed their customer support mentioning my issue. I got a reply after 24 hours 💀. They told me to add my bank statement as proof, since transaction history on the upi app was not enough? I received replies after more than 24 hours only and my money has still not been credited yet even after sending my bank statement a few hours ago.
Hence, customer support was not good at all!
Also, some of my orders were not executed even if the price reached that point and no reasons were provided to me for such in my notifications ( they were blank notifications). Really wish that theses issues work out otherwise i don’t see myself trading on it for long!
Money deposit issues on a regular basis
I have deposited 50k to trade today. The transfer happened immediately however the amount of money never reflected in my account. I have reached out to customer care and they after taking so many screen shots of the transaction details and my bank statement came back stating that they have escalated the issue to their finance team and it will take 5-8 working days for the issue to be resolved? What kind of a customer service is this? And just to deposit money there are so many issues I guess I will never use the app or recommend it to anyone. Worst trading app I have ever experienced.
