I am writing to address a concerning issue that I have recently experienced with the Turbo VPN app.

A few days ago, I downloaded the Turbo VPN app, enticed by the promise of a three-day free trial. The terms indicated that if I did not cancel within the free trial period, my account would be charged. My free trial was scheduled to conclude on August 13th. However, to ensure that I adhered to the terms, I promptly canceled my subscription on August 11th.

Regrettably, despite my timely cancellation, I was charged for the subscription on 12th August. This unexpected deduction has left me quite disappointed, as it contradicts the conditions of the free trial offer. I must express my concern about this situation, as it has left a serious negative impression not only of Turbo VPN but also of the Apple Store through which I made the transaction. While talking to Apple Store, they don’t took responsibility also how this deduction happens.

I’ve been a member of this app since 3 years, but from last couple of months, it’s stopped connecting to India.
I emailed them so many times, kept them in the loop. They kept saying to clear history browser, etc etc and it should work. But what they don’t understand is, I’ve done it millions of times, followed each step they’ve told me to to. But it doesn’t work. They even asked me to do internet speed check, screenshot that, check IP address, screenshot that etc etc.. I’ve done EVERYTHING. And I gave up. I am finally happy to say that I am cancelling my subscriptions. They don’t help you via email at all... all games to keep you busy doing this and that but; truth is that it just doesn’t work anymore. I went from 👍👍👍 to 👎👎👎
Thanks, I’ve downloaded another VPN app called “PURE VPN” works fine, works great for indian serves. No issues like turbo VPN. I’m done with trunk VPN and no more paying for rubbish. The last 3 months I’ve paid for nothing, it didn’t even work, still doesn’t, and I don’t think it ever will.
Good bye... please do not respond saying to update the app or email you, IT AINT GONNA WORK, your VPN connections are too weak for India.
