An hidden gem

I have only just started using the app. However, already starting to see huge benefits of this to start with a morning routine and calming my mind through anxiety. I have been trying to start meditating for a while but haven’t got a perfect guided meditation app which helped me as much as this one did. It has several choices and options suting to a varity of needs and different personalities rather than just standard ones which doesn’t cater to individual needs. it has an amazing library of music too. And my experience is only for the free contents alone and I am sure there will be even more choices with a paid version.

The bell tool functionality & the flexibility to generate multiple options for meditation duration

Firstly the bell helps in bringing the mediators attention in the present moment. This sets a calm & tranquil foundation to initiate meditation.
Secondly the time schedule for one’s meditation can be set with the bell intervals. Numerous such options can be saved and used based on the time of the day and need of the individual mediator.
Using this simple and a rather fundamental tool facilitates consistency in meditation which delivers on a Psychological and Neurological benefits.

Thank you for making me mindful

I started using the app for its Timer feature. It allows to setup your own sound track for meditation with duration and sounds. There are no unnecessary notifications or nudges. And this has made me always come back to app.
The feature where meditation and mindfulness are done by coaches and experts from around the world is amazing. More power to the developers and Timer app to spread peace and love. Tech use at its best.
