Hey storytel team hope you all are safe and sound. I am a reader who likes reading more books. This app is great for that. Your app is simple to use i also joined the enthusiast program. Some changes can make it more appealing Dark mode The main menu needs dark mode. The light theme is so bright at the night Favourites and Bookshelf Make favourites and bookshelf as two different things. Because its same in your app. To add to bookshelf its not neccessary that it has to be our favourites. Wishlist Make a wishlist app so that we can add to that section and read it later. Offline mode Please give that as a flip of a switch. For offline mode it does not make sense to go to profile. Books missing Some popular books are missing due to exclusivity in competitors app Eg Shadow and Bone series Diviners series Harry potter series Station Eleven Severance Anxious People Percy jackson series And much more are missing You can make an podcast or unofficial reading if possible so we don’t miss our favourites Storytel team always listens so i am writting a detailed review. Awaiting your response…!!!

Honestly, I’m a huge fan of Storytel have been using it since 2018! Love the wide range of selection they have. And earlier we could buy subscriptions via web and it was ok. Now they have disabled the subscription option via web. So when my yearly subscription ended and I wanted to resubscribe, it directed me to the app, in all when I clicked on subscribe it told me issue with payment method, so I had to login into web again to update payment method but guess what it shows no payment method saved and no option to input a payment method and without a payment method update I can’t buy a subscription via app. And the cycle goes on. I contacted customer care, they responded but they kept telling me select a title and try playing it which will lead you to buy subscription and then you can proceed from there. But guess what… when I select a title and click on play it just buffers and then stops, no prompt to subscribe to the app appears. And then I was told to subscribe to it using App Store but I don’t see an option in my App Store to subscribe to it as well. This is just a mess and no resolution from customer care as well. I’m frustrated. I tried buying a gift card and then redeeming it but to buy gift card as well it’s just redirecting to the app. This is such a hassle with no rewards. I have been trying for past 2 weeks to resubscribe to it and I’m just disheartened and sad that I’m unable to do it and use the app. So disappointed.

STORYTEL GREAT APP !! Lots of gratitude to creators of this .. being a hyper active guy , sitting and reading felt impossible.. Thanks to Storytel its awesome hearing so many audio books all the time , while playing darts and having fun or doing different activities.. or on the go .. Thank u so much!🥳🥳👶🏻👶🏻! One idea I wish you guys had subtitles for the audio books , then i can learn new words( meanings too ) . Many a times i like sharing specific thoughts what I heard to my friends through text or keep screen shorts of certain 😇😇 thoughts which i see important for personal referencing for the future!! Thank u so much !! Love u guys !! Its a amazing app 🤗🤗🤩🤩🤩 !! Also I realised audio n visual is the way I absorb information 🥳🥳🥳
