Iam faceing Lot of stuck and lot of hackers in my game.2 weeks back 8 ball poll without an intimation the taken my 130 millions because of there terms and conditions I accept that but you can’t wipe all that money without an intimation it’s takes a lot of time to make such amount of money for genuine players we never broke your terms and conditions unfortunately I send my coins to my another account. The main issue is Iam facing lot of in my game please fix this issues as sone as possible I hope you will do it

- High Prices and game is not that worth it. No charm left. - Same old game and no changes to UI UX. - Connection problems are still there. - This game comes under Sports section of the App Store but nothing professional in the game. Cues are so made up and fictional. - So many cues and people don't even use those. There should be a button to remove all that junk and in return we should get some coins or cash back accordingly. - Mini Games are not cool. Scratch thing, spinning thing. There should be some games related to Pool only. - Improve rewarding system as people don't even get one single cash daily as sometimes your ads system doesn't work. - Pool to Cash and Cash to Pool changing thing was good. - I have seen many differences in profiles. Where one has more winnings with less number of games played and rings earned whereas person who has played more and is having more rings then also the other players winnings are less in number. - And at last, HACKERS. I have found so many hackers and making this game pathetic and plus you people are also not improving this thing. I an having proof of it also. After all this how can you just ask so much of money for your Pool Pass. You are giving nothing. And yes I don't know who decides what should be the next Pool Pass things and stuff but nothing is professional in this game. You are bringing any thing to the game. Avatars are also not that good.

I’m playing this game since last 3 years trying to learn this game, but unfortunately this game is a trash bin. The creators of this game are greedy. Money is their only vision of course everyone wants money but in order to gain money stealing someone’s fun isn’t good. Everywhere ads ads ads….Better app developers change their ideas of stealing money from us. And one more thing stop deciding winners before the staring of the match, yes it is true every time you start a match the game already decides who to win so that it makes everything more easy for them and makes much much difficult for us like increasing strike force more than we strike. And plotting white ball every time we hit the goal. And so much more. I’m not a small level player since I’m playing this game for last 3 years I reached big level and this is my final opinion on this game. For the players around the world and new upcoming players this is my suggestion please do not pay even a single ₹/$/£/€ what ever your currency is. It only makes this game developers rich not us. I’m giving 1 star for this crap game because there is no zero star 😂😂
