One app that does it all
Tayasui sketches app is the go to app for every artist. The tools available are extremely helpful and can help you create complex drawings with ease. Apple Pencil support is marvellous : it is one of the most realistic experiences ever. Some issues I faced with the app 1. Random crashes when working with multilayered projects. The app freezes for no reason and won’t be operable unless restarted. Request to devs to fix this 2. I sometimes use black paper and white ink for drawing. Unfortunately, when switching to black paper background, all menu buttons other than the tool palette disappear since they are black coloured. I am unable to use anything except the palette. Again, I request if it can be looked into. Despite these small bugs, the premium version is worth the investment. All in all, this app is a must have for all artists. This is single handedly the best drawing app on the App Store.
Crashes due to low memory
The app is absolutely wonderful to use and love the textures that it provides through the brushes, however while creating heavy texture filled drawings that app crashes and flashes low memory warning.
I wished that the resolution of the output image along with the app to sufficiently support heavy drawings can be improved.
Fix these few things and it will be the best app for designers !
Inspite of purchasing your PRO version there are certain things I reallllyyy miss!
1) A GRID - Drawing on various layers and not having a grid to align or adjust them symmetrically is a big drawback. Even snapchat and instagram stories have an adjustment grid so that texts and pictures can be adjusted properly!
2) A LINE TOOL - Come on guys..its such a basic thing for every designer ! Your scale doesn’t really help and is tough to use when diagonal lines need to be made!
3) A FILLING TOOL - The filling tool provided by you guys is okay when it comes to backgrounds. But filling inside shapes isn’t really that convenient as the sides get pixelated!
4) SOME BASIC SHAPES - Since the filling tool isn’t that helpful..you should ensure common shapes are provided ! How can basic shapes like an OVAL & RECTANGLE aren’t provided ?
Please please try resolving these in the next update. If these things are there in any other update..please tell !
