Once useful, now useless

There was a time when this app was very useful. Now it has become unreliable due to its poor functionality. Most of the time, it is giving error message, saying data not found. So, placing timely order has become dicey, resulting in loss.Also, suddenly the list of shares in demat balance is not in alphabetical order anymore, making it difficult to find any share easily. No reply to complaints sent via email or Twitter

No option to see profit or loss for a stock

Very pathetic, site is missing basic features like finding stock bought date and price if it is older than a year. On phone they ask to send email and Customer care not even acknowledge emails for three or more days even after reminders.Very poor features. Even non profit sites are providing such basic features but surprised to see those are not included in this site even after collecting maintenance charges. :(

Very poor app, comparing idbi direct app with other trading apps like zerodha , HDFC, Geojit etc. you will find there’s lot that needs to be done to improve your app. Personally speaking IDBI direct is the last choice for me when it comes to dealing in stocks. Developer must add common features like showing avg cost, total gains , days gains etc. IDBI CAPITAL should take this as a priority as this is the need of time- if you want to survive in this very competitive field.

I m client of idbi capital since 6 years i am not at all satisfied with contents of idbi direct app and its contents ,compared to all other trading app this is one of low grade app one has developed will list out some of drawbacks 1 there is no proper log in services most of the time during peak trading hours it hangs 2 there is no portfolio tracking for existing investments 3. There is no proper sell and buy order execution instantly 4 . Most of the time we get server connect issue 5. One cannot track his investments easily To be in competitive market u need to address these issue urgently else I may loose customers.
