The app’s UI is so simple and pretty much straight forward with no clutter and lag. The one thing I’ve noticed is that it worked so good on very low internet speeds while many apps failed to load. My only request is please make the Scan to pay option available on login screen itself or make it available atleast on the start page without scrolling down. That way one can use this over other UPI apps. I personally don’t prefer using third party apps but it makes me go that extra step to scan and pay while every other UPI apps places that function on top of everything.

Hi All friends this is inform you that all, Don’t take personal or any loan from here . This IDFC bank is scammer and fraud. IDFC all employees are scammer and fraud. If you take any loan from here your life will be hell. Before repayment 15 days and not only 15 days all time you will get call from this bank. If you done payment before or payment date but still you get call from this bank that your payment is due. This is scammer and fraud bank. They are not follow any RBI rule. They are doing scam and fraud. So please don’t take any loan or not make any account from this scammer bank. They don’t follow any RBI rule. All agent employees and customers care also fraud and they will misguide you all time. Don’t go trap this scammer bank . This is fraud fake scammer bank , they don’t follow any RBI rules.Hence , my request all friends don’t take any loan and credit card , savings account all .This is Fraud and scammer bank . A fresh experience

This is indeed a fresh and clutter free experience, compared to other banking apps which has random stuff thrown in on main screen. Some UX improvement feedback for design and dev team -1. App logs in as soon as it launches, think of giving an option where customer HAS to select login before keying in MPIN or FaceID verification.2. There are notifications visible below the bank balance card, either they should be visible only in the already present notifications area or can be dismissed from main screen. Right now they just scroll infinitely.3. The account / balance info card doesn’t not get minimized into some meaning information or area. It’s just visible as a small square behind account number when scrolled vertically.4. Icons can be more consistent and represent call to action, some icons and colored icons feel out of context. Example logout icon is power icon in more area, keep this and notifications icon common, so that it is visible across any tab. Users will mostly swipe off the app, instead of logging out.5. The call facility under notifications can be better placed as a common or quick access icon like notifications, search etc.

I’ve been getting more than 20 notifications, plus SMS, WhatsApp messages, and calls. Till date I’ve received more than 1500+ app notifications And now these alerts pop up every day while I’m using my phone, saying my EMI is due next month and to pay on time to avoid penalties. This is for the first EMI, which isn’t even due yet.I’ve never seen a bank act like this. If you don’t want to finance, then why give the loan in the first place? My phone is flooded with your messages. I haven’t missed any EMI or defaulted, yet this is how you treat a customer for a 50k loan. I have a 40k car EMI monthly with another lender and never got this kind of trouble, not even for an actual due payment.It feels like I’m being forced to broadcast that I have a loan and the bank owns me 50k. My CIBIL score is 880, and still this is the treatment. I can’t imagine what people with less stability go through with this bank.
