Awesome app
The app is excellent and a great help in acquiring various health supplements with ease. The only drawback is the limit of only $50 on each order placed. In case one wants to order many products and if it surpasses the $50 limit then a second order is required, this becomes a bit cumbersome. If only this is reversed to the old system the way it was with DHL, ordering would be easy peasy.
Incompetent delivery partner and poor customer service
iHerb got my last review deleted, so I will write again. Delivery partner of iHerb in India (Aramex) is quite incompetent in getting the KYC cleared. I uploaded all the documents asked by Aramex but they kept sending me automated messages that KYC is rejected. When I reached out to Aramex to specify any problem in documents or if I need to provide anything else, I didn’t get any replies. Then I sent an email to iHerb customer care who took their own sweet time and eventually sent me a standard message that the KYC is rejected because Indian government requires you to upload ID and address proofs. Well I did provide ID and address proofs. It’s a mess and nobody provided me any specific answers. I have imported products from other websites and vendors from same set of documents to provide KYC and never had any issues. Instead of getting reviews deleted on app store and blaming customs regulations, iHerb should focus on streaming delivery operations!

We regret to hear of any issues encountered due to India's customs laws and regulations. Unfortunately, we are unable to influence these laws and must abide by them. We are sorry for any inconveniences these laws have caused and recommend voicing your concerns to Indian customs authorities.
Refund not provided for a long time
This app is so worse until you reach the payment page and experience technical glitches. I’ve ordered bile salts and during my payment due to some glitches I got my money stuck in between and there were no big response while requesting for refund after a couple of days. Two of my friends too faced this same issue. We were regular buyers from iHerb and were satisfied with the deliveries they make, but now we feel disappointed for being irresponsible to their customers.
Please not do try for payment if you feel any lag at the payment page. So, be careful!
