Such an amazing organisation which realises cheap and best products with excellent quality in finest design. Ikea’s ideas to save space and money is really wonderful.. Visiting idea store about hours even not for purchase really gives a positive energy. Another highlite is IKEA Restaurant. No doubt we are missing IKEA Since we shifted from Hyderabad to Maldives . Requesting you to open a store in Maldives too. Thanks for adding memorable moments to our dream .

WORST service

Let me start off by saying that I am a huge ikea fan and have visited their showrooms in three different countries around the world. I was so excited that ikea had finally come to India and went about furnishing my new home with ikea furniture, which now I realize was a HUGE mistake. Just because this is a global brand with a big name in European countries doesn’t mean that the Indian branch lives up to the hype. Their customer service is the WORST across India and that’s really saying something. They are only interested in promoting their products but are terrible when it comes to defective products and following up with a response. It has been three weeks of us calling them repeatedly to follow up because they never call back even though they promise to respond with an email or call within 24hours. Their favourite response to the customer is I will speak to the concerned team and get back to you. For all we know the “concerned team” are just a bunch of imaginary friends since we never ever hear back from the “concerned team”. Even now, as I type this message I am on hold 🤦🏻‍♀️

Great products , horrible interface experience

I cannot believe it that every time you have to check an order you’ve placed there is no place to check that!!! Like seriously? It’s the most basic service any shopping website / app provides. You have to manually enter your order ID . Not only that , you have to also enter your email id or phone number . And then check up in your order. Like which age are you guys living in. ? IKEA, please, don’t embarrass yourself. Do something quick. How can you have such great products on such a crap interface. Yikes.
Edit : Dear developer response person, I am not so foolish to mention this without logging in. Obviously this issue is when I’ve logged in. Why don’t you download the app and buy something and LOGIN and try to check for yourself before you give such a condescending response which is not even true. My aim here was to make you take action. Don’t need your depressive-can’t-solve-won’t-solve attitude. Cheers.

Thanks for your feedback. It is correct, "Guest" users needs to add order id and email. This is done from a data security perspective. Logged in users always get the purchase history and order tracking displayed without the need of input.
