App was working perfectly until last week in dubai, but now unable to login and always need a vpn for login.. please help

This app is nothing like I’ve ever used before and I’m completely hooked on. Any calls dialled or received on the phone have perfect call quality. The only little issue I’m experiencing is, whenever I use any hands free device while using the app, the voice on my end does not properly go through! This happens when I answer calls using headphones, speaker or any bluetooth devices. Another minor concern is that when I end any calls, the loud beep is a head turner and nearly irritating. Please fix these two things if possible and it’ll be greatly appreciated.

Great product and app

I’ve been using it for about a year now and it’s still working great.
I need expert help though, I accidentally deleted a very important recorded voice call conversation. How do I retrieve it?
I am using this with my iPhone X, it has not failed me once. Price and quality are both good!
