Can’t get any worse
It is worst app to use. Half of the things don’t work. Making payments is almost impossible in it. Even if you file a complaint the working department is least concerned. Changed the name of my connection 1 year ago. Made payments too. Still nothing changed. Addition of this app has made things even more difficult for the common man. Either fix it or remove it and let the work be done in the old ways.

I am unable to apply for change of defective water meter through this app as I am not even able to search my connection. It’s a useless app as nothing works in this app.
