I was using iTunes for quite a while now and just recetly switched to some other video editing software. Oh My God! Yes, I buy your point that there are no many editing options that are missing , etc. I face it. But the one thing I missed after switching was consistency. iTunes never crashed on me. whereas, that app was finding ways of getting crash. Please add more editing options.

I have been using IMovies for last 7 years and still find it simple to use and serves my purpose. Has more features than even filmora (even though Filmora has more templeates for everything). Suggestion - If possible more themes should be introduced. The iMovies has been using those same Themes for years and its time to get some chages to the Themes. Overall Free, easy and simple.
Sick and tired of this: can’t copy/cut paste

I am totally unable to select a portion of a video and then cut paste it along the timeline elsewhere. This used to be much easier with the older versions but i just don’t know what to do with this one. The paste options are completely grayed out after copying or cutting a section of the video and it just makes the error sound everytime i try to paste it somewhere else. Its impossible to trim selection and then add the whole video all over again to the timeline and start over. I have tried everything, creating a new project, restarting my machine, redoing my libraries, nothing seems to work. Pls help i am dying here.
New Update DOWNGRADED the Performance

After updating iMovie, it doesn't work for many video formats, which it used to work earlier smoothly. Earlier it used to take 2-3 minutes to upload any video in imovie, now it takes 1hr or more for loading. Video gets stuck. It stopped displaying audio bars. Now I can't see audio bars and can't edit audio. Even after detaching audio from the video, I can't see the bars. Day by apple is delivering poor quality and poor update. Very Frustrating and annoying. I reinstalled the app, updated to latest version. Still problem not resolved.
