Worst Experience as Corporate Client

This review is written after using Incubsence for 2 years and post termination of contract:

First of all let me clarify why we continued for 2 years, simply bcz we were forced due to wrong investment.

First Go Live with them was completely failure, full of bugs, even employees were FRUSTRATED to use their attendance App, we got worst feedback from employees about their application.

Later we got new version of their app (after many weeks), which was better than earlier one, but Incubsence lacks at many basic features (no option of regulating attendance, no option of punching missed attendance, poor reporting, etc.) when we asked them to provide us the customised reports and additional features, they quoted us big cost then we had to say NO to them diplomatically.

In my opinion, They are not at all customer centric, they feel they are superior, but fact is even local vendor has better software and hardware than Incubsence.

I would strongly recommend you NOT to opt for their services, even they asked me to give references during their contract with us, but I always answered them diplomatically.
