Not upto the mark

The app right away closes upon entry of user id and password. Not at all expected from an organisation that has given good apps like indoasis and indsmart. This one needs a lot of work.

Good initiative from Indian Bank

1) There should be an option to update personal information including Salutation, Name, Gender, DOB, PAN Card, Address and Nominee and an option to upload supporting document as well. 2) There should be an option to apply for Card Upgrade and Limit Upgrade.

Unable to open the app. User id password enter automatically closed the application
