App not working
I ended up paying extra money (apart from the tips) to the driver as the app was not working and I received SMS after 2 days for the actual fare. The app asks you to enter the 10 digit mobile number and just keeps loading. I have been unable to open the app despite unloading n downloading it again.
I do not appreciate that they don’t allow us to pay through internet. The confirmation that ID received my money also came after 2 days.
Application never worked properly.
The Indian drivers have not to spent any money on application development, I think they are just doing it with school students. No one sitting near the phone knows how it works. The businesses may go multiple folds if they develop good applications.
It is showing continuously to update the software.
Application fail to open.
Application not working on ios. When clicked to open a message pops up saying update version available and when you click on update nothing happens.
