Really bad experience
I bought a product on IndieFur. And it’s been weeks since I’ve ordered it and I am not getting any updates from IndieFur nor my refund . A text message came saying my order is cancelled and I am not getting my refund . And the worst I would have given negative stars if I had an option to there is zero customer support I have been trying to contact them but they haven’t picked up my call or replied to my mails. Really really bad experience with IndieFur. Never ever I am gonna buy anything from this pathetic site. This is of course a fraud company.
This is a fraud Website, please be beware. They are scam artist.
All the products are imported and they will not have MRP sticker, import date etc. impossible to claim warranty. They speak very bad and don’t care anything about customers. Once you make payment then it’s your luck. They just care only about money. None of the products they sell can be availed for warranty, they do not help you to claim warranty either. Don’t ever buy from Indiefur. They are scam artist.

Hello Sir: For Warranty claim you need an invoice and not an MRP sticker. Warranty is only honored as per manufacturer policy. For any physical damage or wear and tear parts warranty cannot be honored as per manufacturer policy.
