IndPay provides you anywhere, any time banking for Indian Bank customers. The Customers can do the entire banking operations 24x7 at his/her finger touch.This service is available to all Indian Bank customers having an operative savings account. The customers who are having active Internet Banking or Mobile Banking can register on line. The customer's who are not having Internet Banking can avail the Internet Banking by visiting our Net banking Website (www.indianbank.net.in). Registering for Mobile Banking using ATM card facility will be enabled very soon.
For Registration to IndPay Service:
The customer will be asked to enter the CIF Number(Customer Number). After submitting the CIF Number, the OTP will be sent to the Registered Mobile Number. After entering the OTP, The customer will be asked to register using the Indian Bank Netbanking login or through existing Mobile Banking (if available). After validating the Netbanking Credentials, you will be asked to set MPIN and MTPIN. The MPIN and MTPIN should not be same. After finishing the Registration Process, Customer can login with the Credentials.

Foreign users problem
Ohkey the app is updated, white screen problem is addressed. The next problem is the SMS part.
After encrypted sms appear on screen the mobile no. is addressed +91
Everything is good untill this but then nothing happens after I press send. An error occurs saying "request could not be completed as delay from SMS aggregator or mobile operator network unavailable. Please check your mobile network or account balance"
Is there anything you can advice me. Because I am very much helpless Being on ship where I don't have enough internet access. Right now I am in Brazil.
Also I have a doubt that the phone no. Might need to change to 0091 instead of just +91.
Please look into it team. I need this application very much.
Not working. WORTHLESS APP. LOGIN ISSUES
I had to restore my iPhone and after restoring and setting up everything and downloaded the app now it showing me error It won’t register and shows me an error saying mobile number can’t be validated/verified something..... I have been facing this issue and and the bank branch is also helpless as they can’t even help us since it’s out of their reach. Sometimes the app also gives Generic error and it has been since day one of downloading the app. There’s no regular updates and not even compatible to iOS 13. Seriously it’s high time the app must be smooth and bug free. Nowadays it important as we transfer funds check balance check whether cheque has been cleared and what charges was laid down etc. GET OUR THINGS STRAIGHT
Problem in logging out TYPE ERROR
I have updated last 2 weeks before from that when I turned log out notification pop up as “TYPE ERROR Null is not an object “ finding difficult in logging out
Then today seen one more update and updated that too please requesting team to fix that soon
Even after that receiving same problem
