Finally something is here for us which we makes our journey an enjoyable experience. You get to book a drive so easily on the app, thanks to a very user friendly interface. We get to decide and quote the price and the list of drives who offer that price or close to that price comes up. You get to decide the driver, car and the price and that is it..this is the most joyful experience i ever had while booking a cab.
Moreover, the cars are so clean and the drivers are well dressed and well behaved making your jourbey more comfortable. Thank you in drive for introducing this service. I recommend everyone to use it and make your everyday journey experience to office or any place a pleasurable and comfortable one.

When this app was first introduced, it was great because of the low prices, flexibility to choose between ac/non-ac cabs, quick availability etc. Lately the prices are the same or higher than Uber/Ola and it’s just as difficult to get cabs. That too is fine. But the customer care is an absolute joke. There is no resolution for anything, even when you raise a complaint you have keep the page open the whole time with super slow response from the customer support executive. If you close it by mistake or leave the app running in the background and use the phone while you wait for a response, the complaint gets automatically closed and you have to start over. I had to pay a driver twice because his bank server was down and he did not return the money. Indrive took no responsibility, i couldn’t even lodge a complaint because of their circus-like support system. And since it doesn’t show whether a ride is AC/non-AC during a ride, drivers refuse to turn on the AC saying it’s a non-AC booking and you cannot show them proof until the ride is over. I was quite happy with this service, but the cons have outweighed the pros.

There were multiple instances in which my ID was blocked by InDrive for no reason and all the scenarios remains the same. The driver accepted the ride and I was waiting for him to arrive. He neither drove towards me nor he responded to my call. He kept driving away and the ride was still ON. I kept waiting for more than 15mins and his GPS kept moving away from me. Then I decided to cancel the ride to book another one and added the reason while cancelling as ‘driver kept moving away and was not responding to my calls’. Unfortunately, on raising the complain against the driver, InDrive without even validating the review blocked my account on the spot and this same thing happened with me several times. Not once, not twice. Their developers have coded in such a way that if an user cancels the ride for 2-3 times, then without even validating the scenario immediately suspend the user’s account. Read out the reason first and validate the scenario with both the driver and the user post that decide on whom’s ID needs to suspended or blocked. This app is completely unreliable. It can betray you anytime without even knowing that it was the driver’s fault.
