App not working properly showing update again and again we will done same But showing update error last from 2 days Still not fixed this issue I have upload all my details like I have upload my PAN Card details I have upload my cheque book pdf I have uploaded all the original bills Even all the pharmacy bills copies But this insurance company will make scam with me After approved my insurance why company wants this documents every 2 days Shameless experience ever After approval company did not sent my money back that’s was the pathetic experience even I can’t recommend you ever I will remove your policy forever from my 18 family members you guys cheat with me Every time you are said something new after so many days You don’t have customer service But I have better insurance options like tata AiG Smoothly great process company wants bills only they will credit amount without any resistance but you guys make your company worth less then others understood you guys always chit with your customers reliance health insurance is totally scams I have face in my life ever Why you guys feel to smart your customer value is zero right I have rate you ><>< half and star out of 5

I never expected such a bad service from reliance. It’s nearly a month now from the day I applied for claim and there is no proper communication from this pathetic organisation. I was asked to take my car to company affiliated service station for cashless repair. I had to pay some 3k as advance for getting the parts and the surveyor took 2 days to survey the car. The service Center people gave back my car, as thy said tht it will take nearly 20days for the parts to reach them and as my car was the only means for transport, thy agreed to give it back. After a week, I got a call from another reliance guy telling tht he needs to get another set of documents and get the pics of my car. I was thinking claim will be settled with in few days, but received another call from another reliance guy and asked for another set of docs and pic of my damaged car. I mailed asking for Wht is going on and got a reply that my issue with claim will be resolved in 3working days, it is 4th day and there is no response for my mails. SUCH A PATHETIC INSURANCE COMPANY! I WOULD SUGGEST TO NEVER TAKE INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. Go with NEW INDIA/ BHARATHI AXA, thy will settle claims without our involvement.

Had purchased travel insurance policy where despite filling in insured name as per passport the portal took the registered name when policy doc was generated. Had to go through several loops and delays before policy doc was generated. Then after a lot of attempts got somebody from support attending my call, her advice was to cancel and buy a new policy. with the support person on call, the quote and policy generation again took a long time due to ‘connection issues’ according to the support person. The second time around too the name of insured was not per passport. Finally I purchased my insurance elsewhere and have been trying to get the 2 policies I took cancelled, neither emails or calls have been helping and their portal is full of bugs and incomplete functionalities for raising service requests and the app is useless when neededStay away from Reliance General Insurance if you can

I have my four wheeler insurance with Reliance and met with accident. After that I had followed the procedure for claim but the guy who visited to workshop started talking to me rudely and asking me to justify in accident why there is curved bend, why they is hit on right side and rubbish things. He started asking for bribe to pass the damaged. I have been taking the policy from last 8-10 years and been renewing every year this was my first time ever I put on claim but finally with pathetic organisation and service I’m not going for claim and getting repair it my own. I request everyone not to go with the Reliance.Also please developer do not ask me to write a mail. I have done and have escalated but seems the person who visit on workshop is the final authority and nothing is done.Friends requesting not to go with them or they will ask for bribe.
