Worst app and worst experience
I paid my Airtel broadband bill through IndusInd mobile bank app but it's still not credited to Airtel but my money got deducted. I spoke to the customer care department (connecting to a customer care executive is another painful experience) and an executive told me that the payment status is showing pending and I need to check with the merchant (in this case the merchant is Airtel). So I called up Airtel and spoke to a CC executive and provided the transaction ID. He told that Airtel has not recieved any such transaction and since the paymen status remains pending he asked me to call up the IndusInd Customer Care again. I again called up IndusInd and spoke to a CC executive and he said the money which I paid will be credited back to my account in 3 working days. I asked him what's the use of having a mobile banking app and as usual I received a robotic response "We apologise".
Really I'm saying this app is worthless and taking to a CC executive is more painful. We never get any solution from them. They are just robots in a human form. Such a disgusting experience. Such a worst app development team. I really wonder whether these folks even look at other UPI apps how they are working efficiently. This IndusInd mobile banking app is a waste that simple occupies our phone space.

Logging is a nightmare. FaceID and then a red circle spins till eternity. It logs me out in 20 seconds or so! The only thing I can possibly do on the app is to check account balance. Before I do anything else, the app logs me out.
Half the time the request could not be completed. The other half the time, the app logs me out. My credit card doesn’t show up linked in the account either. Money transfers have failed in the past and I had to borrow a laptop from someone and do the transfer. What’s the point of having an app THIS BUGGY and UNRELIABLE!!?
Dear Apple, if you are listening and still care about user experience of iPhone, please kick this app out of AppStore immediately.

Frequent and ever new glitches, hangs too!
Please try and maintain the existing and working features the way it is and should be, and that is : working at all times. No point adding newer features every other day and getting the system heavier than your servers can handle. Why am I not able to change the PIN of one of my add-on cards for the 5th day running? Why am I not able to view my CC statements ever since I upgraded to a higher level Card? Why does the App now demand OTP as the default and only security verification for online transfers now when the Swype pattern was working just fine till a few days back? Your technology backend team is completely clueless about giving loyal customers a good experience. They are newbies out to prove things which are neither necessary nor warranted. They’re also highly incompetent in addressing glitches when they occur, not to mention they lack the courtesy to acknowledge their fault and allay concerns about delays. You’ve got a long way to go … pull up your socks before it’s too late!
