No notifications for new booking
This app is good but only limited to confirmation of booking.
The app shows no notifications when a new booking is made.
Also, tax to be collected from guest is not shown, EP or CP plan is also not shown.
It can be a very great app if these points are implemented.
We have recieved a mail from you guys stating that a booking should be confirmed within 30 minutes, this rule is of no use if app remains like this.
Update for IOS Lock Screen
Kindly update the app for the IOS 16 Lock Screen widget where it’s easy to see the arrival and departure or revenue of the day, rooms booked today, or occupancy for next 7 days. Stuff like that will make it more useful.
Check the Expedia app for reference they have done something like that.
A terrible experience dealing with ingommt
The App is a complete useless. I have been trying to publish my property and partner with the goibibo and make my trip but there has been no response from the mail ids mentioned. I later figured, the mail ids are incorrect mentioned on this app.
Not only did it waste my time but it was a useless effort to partner with them. There is no customer care number where i can even contact them for help or to solve my small query of unable to publish the property.
