⚠️ WARNING: Do Not Use the InnoPay App – Fraud Alert ⚠️Hello everyone,I am writing this to caution you NOT to download or use the InnoPay app for any kind of transactions, including credit card payments, mobile recharges, or utility bill payments.This company is currently involved in fraudulent activities. Users like me have made payments through this platform, but the money has not been credited to the actual service providers (e.g., credit card companies, telecom operators, etc.). The funds are stuck or lost, and the company is not taking any responsibility.When I contacted InnoPay customer care, their response was shocking. They said that they are just a payment medium, and if the payment is not received by the destination company, it's not their concern. They clearly stated that you should investigate the issue on your own way ,we don't helping you anymore .and they refused to provide any meaningful support.This is highly irresponsible and unethical behavior. They take your money but do not ensure that it reaches the intended recipient.I’m already facing losses due to this and want to ensure that others don’t go through the same experience. If you lose money using this app, it will be your responsibility, as this company has made it clear they won’t help you.Please do not use the InnoPay app, and spread this message to protect others from falling victim to this fraud.

1. Payment not successful or not able to capture2. App not working even if the network connection is good3. Cashback alone not good if an app has lot of bug fixes needed to addressed.4. Customer support is very poor and average response time goes up to 7 hours while they said always available from 9 to 6. 5. No one available for your payment issues. Get ready for very very delayed response.6. App not working sometimes and stuck on the same page that was very frustrated thing.7. No VPA address based payment available. You have to rely with pre installed Google Pay or PhonePe for making payment. For that we can pay directly from other app.More improvements needed and should not recommended one with these buggies.App going low below average after got call from support team.1. More payment failures than success2. High limitations on Innopay cash3. Minimum amount needed to use Innopay cash. Also you can’t able to use full Innopay cash in a single transaction. Max only 10 rs able to use.

Had an issue with selling silver I purchased, customer support helped with the issue even though it took couple of days, and I was able to sell it but I didn’t get the money. It’s been a week and still in processing state. While other platform provide fast redemption and settlement this one on the other hand is hectic and need to contact support multiple times without any proper resolution. NEVER USE THIS APP IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
