INSCAPE offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscription options.
Your INSCAPE subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
INSCAPE integrates with the Apple Health app and tracks mindful minutes. Your profile in the INSCAPE app also tracks average time spent meditating, and a streak counter to track progress in building a meditation habit.

In this update we added heartrate tracking for users with an Apple Watch! At the end of your meditation you'll now see your resting heart rate for the day alongside your active heart rate near the end of the meditation.

As an iOS developer I was going through the features of this app and I came across this.
Overall, I loved the minimalist approach of the app.
Simple and very effective
It’s programs is simple and so much with oneness with self ..... that in the third section I don’t want to open the eyes just keep on doing the mindfulness and be aware of self in each breath... love it
