Zooming problem on insta 360 flow

I really like my insta 360 flow gimmble but only problem is with my iphone 15 pro max when i zoom it instantly zoom 1x to 5x lence iwont it slowly zoom…. Even i tryed option zooming slow it alloways zoom directlly on 5 x …. Please tell me what to do

App is good but needs improvement.

Nice app with good intuitive features n controls. But I find the following issues.
Camera: One R
Device: iPad Mini 5
Latest app version as of today.

1. The battery percentage always shows as 100% in the app.

2. When you animate a photo and export it, the “shot on insta 360…” logo is always in the final export, no matter i on or off it in the export settings.

3. For n iPad that has only wifi and when I’m on my wifi, once the camera connects, my home wifi is disconnected and as a result there is no internet, and when i want to edit a photo or video from the story tutorials by applying it, it says no internet connection n thus you are unable to use this feature on a non cellular tablet although you were connected to internet via wifi initially.

4. For the above reason, you are unable to change music than the default one.

5. The starlapse feature doesn’t let export a single photo of star trail, nor when you make a trail video, the trails appear but doesn’t sustain till the end, it dims out, as a result you don’t see from where the rotation started by the end of the video.
Also, when you speed up the video by say 4x or 6x, the music also speeds up, no control over the music speed nor can you use a different music as you’re on an iPad (refer to point 3 and 4).

Please allow me to explain that the camera has its own Wi-Fi hotspot and the camera connects to the phone app via Wi-Fi, hence we'll not be able to use the home Wi-Fi at the same time. Please download the files from the camera to the app first, then you can continue editing the files after disconnecting the camera's Wi-Fi.

About the watermark, please make sure you have disabled the "Shot On" watermark on the Settings page on the app, then confirm if the issue persists. If the issue persists, please provide the phone model, app version, and a screen recording of the issue to us for further checking.

Wow, the old design is so much better

I read all the reviews before buying my X5 just two weeks ago. I decided to take the insta360 plunge from my GoPros just because the GoPro Max is so far behind and old. I figured since I wasn’t familiar with the Insta360 software, I wouldn’t care how they messed up the new UI. Boy was I wrong. After struggling through the terrible, new interface for a couple weeks, I decided to try to old design. As soon as I activated the old design in the app, I understood why people flocked to Insta360 for all these previous years. I won’t be using the new UI until they fix it. Maybe the CCP got on them to take them down a notch, because they were doing so well. I can’t think of any other reason why they would sabotage their own product.
