Can’t trust on notifications

I was a very old costumer of early salary and now which is fibe. I have taken a multiple loans on Fibe and paid multiple EMI’S mean while I got a notification as close the loan and eligible to apply and can avail full amount. I have paid almost 70k in a single shot to close the loan and reapply for some other commitments. When I have freshly applied loan it was showing not eligible. And when contacted to customer care they were telling it’s system generated and can’t do anything. I have paid my whole salary with expectation that I can avail new loan with more amount but they have cheated to get the whole amount in single shot and made not eligible. Was managing with very difficulty bcz I have other commitments also for which I don’t have money. Over all I just want say to Fibe don’t send msg and notifications that pay remaining amount of loan and avail full amount and don’t pay with emotions with the customers.

I have an active loan and due to medical reasons i would not able to make the payment on time. For which as discussed with them i have sent the medical records as well. Eventhough i have given PTP date - which is on 15th of feb i used to get multiple calls - i.e one hour once and each person asking the same question why the payment got delayed. When i question them that eventhough i have committed to pay, they calling continuously and they insist to attend ever call and answer the question as i have not paid the amount on time. I really wonder once i confirmed the ptp date over email and on multiple calls - i wonder they continue to call customers and annoying them even down during medical conditions. Financial exception are happen to everyone. As indicated i have made the payment as per PTP date but i wish to bring to a notice that the executive who calling clients are rude and not following fair practices of NBFCS. One of the worst behaviour i faced ever. They also used to call my reference contacts which is against fair collection practices. Their way of handling customers is worsen than local money lenders. If they continue to be like this - their reputation will be soon at risk.

I have a loan and there collection people makes the calling and force for payment because of there targets and don’t keep patience and if you don’t make payments accordingly to them so they use your mobile number and does fraud sends multiple msg on text msg and WhatsApp they also used my picture and kept on there WhatsApp dp and msg me so I replied them that I don’t get scared with all this I will make complaint at cyber crime I got very harassment and with all proof and call recording in which executive is accepting that he has done the fraud but yet fibe is not at all taking any action I think this is all done by fibe only that’s why staff is doing such harassment with no fear I request you specially women’s do not take loan from this app it is worst and collect people are also bad fibe takes our personal details and collect person also spy our Instagram and other social media account and if your account is open they takes your picture from it and misuse and if you make your account private so they harres you by sending request again again
