Description

Microsoft Intune helps organizations manage access to corporate apps, data, and resources. Company Portal is the app that lets you, as an employee of your company, securely access those resources.

Before you can use this app, make sure your IT admin has set up your work account. Your company must also have a subscription to Microsoft Intune.

Company Portal helps simplify the tasks you need to do for work:

• Enroll your device to access corporate resources, including Office, email, and OneDrive for Business
• Quickly reset the password to your work account if you should forget it
• Find apps that will help you with your daily tasks as provided by your company
• View and manage all your enrolled devices – and wipe them yourself if they get lost or stolen
• Get help from your IT department with easy-to-find contact information

A note about Intune: every organization has different access requirements, and will use Intune in ways that they determine will best manage their information. Some functionality might be unavailable in certain countries. If you have questions about how this app is being used within your organization, your company’s IT administrator should have those answers for you. Microsoft, your network provider, and your device’s manufacturer do not know how Intune will be used by your organization.

What’s New

Permanently spinning wheel

When I first launched the app, it doesn’t let you do anything and quickly starts showing a spinning wheel. Restarting app and phone didn’t help. I am on latest iOS and iPhone 13. It’s pathetic that Microsoft doesn’t have time to fix a broken app.

Getting an error

What if I have to install and manage apps for two different companies? I work for a company and we have project from a client, and both the companies use company portal and enforce installation of management profiles to access apps such as Outlook, Teams and some company specific apps. But I can only install management profile and use apps for either of them. When installing management profiles for the other one, I am getting an error “The new MDM payload does not match the old payload”. Is there any way to install or any fix to this issue or the feature can be included to install two management profiles?

Policies are forced ridiculously

The developers force to abide policy on gunpoint!
If you password need to be updated, it force you to do that in middle of everything??? People may be in some urgency and trying to do some other work which is totally unrelated to managed apps or profile, but no it forces to do that first by killing all functions even doesn’t allow basic phone calls!!!
Developers must give option to minimise the window or remind it when person is atleast using app related to work profile…..
This is very much annoying
