Date are really confusing

I had taken 2 loan on x date and second loan y date, then it was z date to pay x loan but with later on y loan it got merged showed to pay on z1 date. I was really confusing, I had already paid almost half after merge, I was thinking to pay before z1 date after z date, Customer care and their managers called harassed me paying loan immediately, I was really in chaos , They are pointing mistake on me instead they have done these confusion, Moreover, I paid it within 10min , Manager spoke really harsh, I really don’t recommend anyone to buy loan with some kind of apps, These ppl harassing ppl with date and confusing them, Better go to the bank get loan.

After using this app over a year, I can really confidently say that this is really a safe application as investments and withdrawals both are done correctly and in timely manner. If there are of any delay’s the support team of 12% is always there to help and they do provide resolutions to the fullest. The referrals earning is also correctly reflected as someone who referred me used to get there return’s correctly. See this investment is not regulated try to understand However the technology behind this is really rock solid, I mean where guy’s take loans through LenDen Club. This review is from someone who has invested in lakhs earned in thousands and was able to successfully withdraw as well.

I had invested in 12 % club, around 2 years back. Now when I need my money back, I put a request to return. While there application is showing transaction pending since last 3 weeks. I have tried to reach out them over mail as there is no other way to contact. And No one actually replies from there team, you will get auto replies that’s it. So it looks like looting money by just marketing. After many continuous emails, few days back I received a mail that, they are unable pay on my current account, so I have to change the account number in the application. Even though my banking services are working fine, I have provided them updated bank details. Now I am again waiting like a fool, hoping someday I will get the money.
Not returning my money from around 1 month. (Never invest on this platform, you will lose it)

I invested my hard-earned money in the 12% Club product through the BharatPe Invest app, trusting the promises of safe, flexible, and high-return investments. For a while, everything seemed fine. But now, without any prior notice, the entire 12% Club option has disappeared from the app — I can no longer track, manage, or withdraw my investment.There was no notification, no warning, no communication from the company regarding this major change. I searched the app thoroughly, reinstalled it, and even checked for updates — but the option is simply gone. I have also tried contacting customer support, but there is no clear response or resolution so far. This kind of behavior from a financial service provider is unacceptable and deeply concerning.As a customer, I feel anxious and betrayed, with no transparency about the status of my funds. At the very least, BharatPe owes its users proper communication, clarity, and immediate access to their investments.If you are considering investing through this app, please be cautious. Lack of transparency and poor customer support make this a risky platform for financial products.I urge the company to resolve this issue promptly and restore users’ trust before it escalates further.
