The ION app is made exclusively for our subscribers.Using this app an existing ION subscriber would be able to:

Renew broadband account :
A subscriber can renew broadband account by clicking on the renew now button on the home screen, the renewal date will effect from the date of renewal after adjusting the balance amount. Payment can be done through credit / debit card, wallet, net banking or can put in a payment pickup request to the collection team for making a cash or cheque payment or using a POS machine.

Advance Renew broadband account :
A subscriber can advance renew broadband account by clicking on the advance renew now button on the home screen. In this case the renewal date would not changed. Payment can be done through credit / debit card, wallet, net banking or can put in a payment pickup request to the collection team for making a cash or cheque payment or using a POS machine
Upgrade existing broadband package :
A subscriber can upgrade existing broadband package by clicking on the Upgrade Package button on the home screen. Following options are available

Put in a payment pickup request :
Subscriber can put in a payment pickup request with the company. A date and time can be selected through the option and the same is captured and conveyed to the collection team for further action.

Register a complaint :
Subscriber can launch a complaint through the app.

Rate an engineer:
Now as a customer you can rate the services delivered by our visiting engineer

Get notifications :
All notifications related to renewal reminders, pickup request status, complaint status and value added services will be visible under the notifications tab of the app.

Password expired no option to reset or renew!

Hello team,

My password is expired to signin in the IoN app but there is no option to set new password, i also tried to do forgot password but its giving “01 fail” error...due to which i am unable to complain for the internet service issue...also hold time is very high in customer care. Plz improve ur services and update the app asap.

4 star for good service and 1 for bad app.

I don’t know why, there are so many bad reviews regarding the service of I-on Internet. Guys probably, you should look also on your side if their is some fault, and of course go for fiber only connection. Been using it for 2y+ and the only time the connection ever dropped was when there was a fiber cut or when the our building was under renovation (ie, the workers accidentally cut the fiber). I’d say if you talk to someone politely surely you’d get a better answer, the branch manager has ended up getting a close friend of ours after these years, and I have been recommending the service to my friends, in exchange for every new connection we get an extended 1month free connection. Already used up 5 of these.
Apart from all the fun, coming to the app, yes the app needs some serious fix but, the basic important functionality works and had no problems, so 5 stars.

No professionalism

Ridiculous.. very bad service.. they will tell you connection would be done in next day or so.. but dont trust them! They will at least take 3-4 days and keep you waiting.. also after connection being done, dont hope for good connectivity! In 30 days of month, your internet will remain not active for at least 5-6 days.

If you will call customer care, they will tell you - in 24 working hours the problem will get resolved. Keep note - 24 WORKING hours (which means 8 hours a day), so there is originally 3 days of SLA they have.

Suddenly after a day of raising complaint, you will get SMS that the issue has been resolved without doing anything by them.. so if you will ask customer care about it, they will say some software issue was there, so issue got resolved and 1 another complaint they will raise. (So another 3 days it will take again)

Guys are very pathetic and hopeless.. they are doing this business assuming "sab chalta hai" kind of attitude!!
