A no use app ( IOS Version )

Nothing happens after the login page . Even after entering correct email and password the app prompts a IQ screen with green background and post that it gets stuck .

Few times it does show the next screen and when performing any action like accepting agreement it pops up a spinner which never goes away .

Overall , at this point in time seems to a very mediocre app / no use app .

App is not loading right

Too much loading time and shows error such as SSO guid and invalid user info

Trouble logging in

I am unable to login with the application. It says the password is incorrect and it requires another type of password to be set up. Please help

Hi instashak. Thanks for get­ting in touch, and sorry to hear you're hav­ing trouble - we know you're not the only one and we're fix­ing the prob­lem as fast as we can.

The pass­word for the app is not the same as any you may have had for the portal, you need to cre­ate a new one. It needs to con­tain a cap­it­al let­ter, a num­ber, a spe­cial char­ac­ter (^ $ * ! @ # % & \) and needs to be at least 8 char­ac­ters long. You'll then get a val­id­a­tion code sent to your re­gistered email. We're sorry that's not clear, and like we say we're fix­ing it in the next ver­sion out soon.
