Just brilliant!

Getting top-notch yoga teacher is not easy. I have been a fan of this app because it solved a huge pain point for me. It tells us which part of the body each asana is meant for with the explanations for the different asanas which are easy to understand, along with videos too. The scheduler is amazing and is a huge help if you have busy schedule. It’s the best virtual training yoga/fitness app I’ve come across. The app is very user friendly & a must have for all yoga lovers.

Loved this app!

This app is amazing. I had a bad neck issue that was continually irritating me. Doing this app three times a day (very easy with scheduler!) Improved my situation. It was similar to what my Physio had told me but it was much easier to do with a scheduler and a tracker. Also the guided modules are so easy to use. I recommend this to all.
