IWA Smart Building System 4+

IWA Building takes sensing & algorithm as the foundation to provide the smart control of devices in buildings and environmental fields, to consider the needs of users, integrators and owners, from which to generate connections with various roles. Through the core value of "smart sensing", "smart computing", "smart control" and "smart interaction", to make a building as a smart green building that with sensing, thinking, communication and co-existing with the nature.

This is the APP for IWA Building - Smart Building System only. Based on the configured device parameters; linkage controls; defined schedules; page settings, and with different levels of role authority, users can access the platform to check the real-time information under their own accessibilities via mobile devices. Yet, all devices within buildings or spaces can be controlled as well. By simple one-click of pre-defined mode & schedule control or smart linkage control tasks, devices can be wisely operated and truly achieve smart building management.

• Control Panel: other than ordinary columnar function list, intuitive control panel provides easier and smarter operation
• Single and Group Device Control: upper/lower level can be switched within layout, so users can control devices individually or in group at once by their needs.
• Various Authority and Accessibility: users can monitor or control devices under their own authorities and accessibilities based own their defined role.
• Predefined Modes: multiple sets of predefined modes with preferred system configuration is supported, and users can get into required mode quickly by one simple clicking on the control icon.
• Device alert: devices status is monitored by the system, and will send out alert when having abnormal device status or functions.
• Real-time Information: clear and easy understanding device status on system interface, users can instantly get accurate data.
• Schedule management: users can flexible open or close the defined schedule to make the control easy, simple and convenient.
• Linkage control task: linkage control tasks can be define and execute to provide the best operation strategy.
