Hiding information which is cheating

I booked 4 flights together on ixigo because I was getting 600 rs cashback. But I received cashbacks for only 2 transactions and didn’t receive cash backs for other two transactions. Later when I found out on ur website u mentioned that only 4 transactions are valid in a month. But if that’s the case while booking u shouldn’t show that 600 will come as cash back. U already have my profile and details. This is cheating. Had I known I would have booked tickets from some other site

Its Crap and Trap app.

its really worst app. Dont ever try to use this app for any bookings. i booked flight ticekt which mentioned in ixigo Non stop flight with high price. after i booked i cheked in other apps same flight but its not Non stop and price is different. i confirmed with airline its not Non stop. when i contact ixigo they said it Non stop if any problem after travel contact us. after travel 7 days i m trying to contact them and email them. Neither attending my call Nor responding to mail. its crap. they are trying to cheap people. its really hard to connect a call to customer care. we should call 100 times atleast to get them connect. i suffered alot so no one should suffer like this. i booked hotel. something problem during check in. no cusotmer care for hotel bookings. we just have to mail. i malied them regarding problem they didnt even reply for mail. i booked another hotel and stayed.

Only for first few times

Using this app only for ixigo money. If that is not there I dont find any reason to use this app. Lot of times payment fails when we try to redeem ixigo money. The performance can be lot improved. The filters in the hotels tab is too bad. I recommend it to users who wants to try multiple times for less prices.

Editing my review as I feel that booking flight via ixigo every time, but I wonder why there is no options like cancellation protect. Because if we want to book flights which costs more, I am afraid to book them in ixigo. This is a very basic feature where other apps like paytm, goibibo, MMT are giving. Because for 500 cashback user doesnt want to loose his whole flight charge.
