Better compared to its rivals
I feel that Jabong sells merchandise at a reasonable price when compared to its rivals. I usually compare the prices of the product I want to buy from different apps and most of the time the price of the same product is less on Jabong. But the problem is that there arent much offers banks and e-wallets on Jabong but the price at which you get a product after discount on other website could be brought here(on Jab) at the same price without any discount. I noticed this quite occasionally. But if they could improve on the offers part it would be really good.
I was delivered some wrong package with my name and contact no. On it .... and I didn’t even order it .. i opened it before i gave the delivery guy the money because it was a COD ... and i said its not my money ... he asked my phone to see whether i was lying or not and than he said ma’am since you opened the seal .. the whole debt would be upon us
I have always ordered by the card always from jabong ... the first time i did by COD and this happened .. and mostly their delivery is never on the time they mention , it is always late ....these people are simply harassing their customers
What the hell is this ... i am given the order I didn’t even order and then they are forcing me to take it somehow ... why would i waste my money ... i let the delivery guy see my orders in my phone and he said you call on the customer care ... so i called the no. ... the first no. Nobody was picking the one that was on the package and the second no. That i looked for online , this giy is telling to keep the delivery and generate return .. why would i give momey in the first place ... what the hell
Worst app...highly disappointed
Worst worst worst ....I have ordered one Nike bag from Jabong.....on 28th may and it will deliver on 3rd June...when I order that bag it is in 50% off....but after waiting to 3rd June there is no response get from Jabong that it was shown as yet to be shipped in track order...on 3rd June i were call to customer care regarding to product they say there was technical issue I will file complain about it and order will get in 5 days..and now on 4th June the order is shown as cancelled..that was cancelled by Jabong..again I call to customer care and they say like there was issue in product so they cancelled order but that bag is show in website ....so if you are showing that bag in website than that bag is in fine condition ....so you are making fool to customers about discount and that cancel that order by your worst reasons ...worst site...if you want to be in market that please do something or you will be in history only....if you really care your customer than provide me that product in same price...
