Good app
Took my first online math session using jamboard coupled with hangouts. Jamboard is very good, simple, works in real time. Some suggestions:
1. Page size is small.
2. Drawing tools like straight lines,ellipse,circle etc are missing..
One very good point is the app has a laser pointer which is very useful to teach useful. But please make the laser light stay at one point rather than give it the fading effect.
Can improve user experience by adding few basic features
Customizable pen thickness size, eraser size, a way to organize boards into folders or subjects, a attaching or posting a document etc are just a few basic features that all other boards of this kind offer. Yet, Google somehow is oblivious to them as far as Jam board is concerned.
I am an academic and have extensively used Jam board for the last few years for discussions with graduate students, and other collaborators. Everybody seems to be of the opinion that it is very useful because it is free, unlimited number of boards can be created and each page is of bounded size, so the chance of getting lost in one part while other users are in a different part is not a problem.
Additionally though, there is an agreement that user experience can be far enhanced by improving the writing and organizational features available, the aforementioned list is the very least that Google can do given its vast resources and loyal customer/subscriber base.
Jam board type utilities have become a lifeline during these pandemic inflicted times where all collaborations are remote. I really hope that the creative minds at G-suite will think of additional features to make our work life easier and elegant.

Good app for collaboration but cannot paste contents from other apps.
I was trying to migrate my sketch from Microsoft's whiteboard app (I could copy and paste strokes to and from that app albeit as images) but that functionality is lacking in this app for now. I have to export my stuff as images and then import it in Jamboard to make it work which is a tad bit annoying.
Also, can't move strokes to another page which is a bit of a let down. Can move images but not strokes which should be basic functionality.
