Internt

Jawwy was very good earlier but now I am facing a lot of issues.
Cannot connect to chat in the Jawwy app.
The Internet is too slow.
Earlier overseas calling recharge options very cheap were available for countries. But now it's removed.
There is not any good source to contact customer service to report.
I am unable to open the website it's taking too long.
Better to switch back to STC or Mobily.
I called 900 but there is no required option available to report the slowness of internet.

Login issue

I have never seen like this I have balance but I can’t make a call whenever I want to recharge my account showing me login and try to login but reload reload again and again wriest experience I m just hoping that there is any option to change my sim with the same number..

Need to fix lot of bugs,waste of time

It was a bad decision to buy this network's sim card,cant make a basic call even though i have main balance and also refilled those free minutes,shall i have to play with this app every time when i need to call? Very bad service,sure i will port my no. To another network soon. Thank you :/
