Worst worst airline
Dear All who want to go on this flight, They don’t have a competitive surveillance team.
Firstly, they will delay your flights for no reason, if the flight timing is 11:00 morning they will depart around 12:15 they don’t care about your time and will be arrived 2 hours later.
Secondly, they don’t have any powerful software procedures for baggage transfer, I was traveling through their airline on 2 June to India, they didn’t transmit us our baggage, while arrived in India baggage authority simple said that airline has some technical issues they didn’t transmit your baggage, I mean who did like this my entire things in the bags.
Thirdly, they will send your baggage after 2weeks while lots of follow-ups with the baggage authority of the airport. Have to request them that even we don’t have clothes to wear.
Fourth, they never give a proper response to your queries whether it’s from a call or mail or either tweet
Lastly, I will say this airline doesn’t deserve 0 stars.
This aspect happens to me along with all the passengers who travel on the same flight, maybe it will not happen to you.
