Stuck at Bluetooth screen

Hi team,

I really love JBL speaker it’s sound is awesome but some how I’m unable to open app on ios . It’s getting stuck at Bluetooth permission screen . When I go to settings I don’t see option to provide Bluetooth permission.

Missing some features

Please include some presets and make the app more happening JBL is not a small name in sound and the app should reflect the same

Fraud, don’t buy.

Don’t buy. As last resort for not sending me product, i am writing this review. I ordered JBL 230NC on 30th june 2022. But haven’t received them yet. I called them , emailed them many times. From last week they have only one answer we will send the product. I always thought JBL was a good company. But this was my first product. And i am very disappointed by their service.
