Features to be added in the app

App is working fine , however need to add few things in the app.

1. In trip data for each trip add the fuel oil consumption along with fuel qty. at the start and at the end of trip to be also logged for the user to see .
2. Total Odometer reading also to be displayed on the trip me also to be logged for each start and end of each leg of trip .

3. Provision to share , print and save all the data of each trip from the app. This will help user to check his running cost of the vehicle on a regular/ daily basis.

4. If possible and bandwidth allows the 360 camera can be activated and viewed on the app so as to car surroundings of required which can be of great use in certain situations .

5. TPMS reading also to be displayed on the app.

6. Company / third party dashcam if fitted in the car then the facility to be provided to start /stop and view recording for dash cam from the app and also facility to store those recording on the camera / or upload to cloud feature should be made available .

Limited in features & even existing features don't work!

Every time I open the app I get angry. The UX IS BAD. From random refreshing of the screen while using the app to crashes while doing something. It hardly has any useful features. But even features that are pretty basic do NOT WORK! Trip tracking: The less said about this feature the better! The moment you start scrolling the list of trips taken you will realize how bad the app is. There are trips that are either not recorded entirely OR the trip stops recording randomly in the middle of a highway - Service booking : you'd think this is an easy feature to implement but boy are you going to be disappointed. There seem to be random service booked in the app that does not allow me to book a new service. Wouldn't recommend this even a little bit. I am sure the dongle itself is going to be battery guzzle while parked for hardly any benefit. Would disable the app/dongle if that was an option!

NEEDS A LOT OF DEVELOPMENT

This app isn’t that tech-savvy and flexible to use, it is just used for the basic functions like lock, unlock, blinking lights and honking your car. Jeep being such a premium segment vehicle and paying almost 31 lakhs for purchasing their car, it needs a lot of development to fix these issues and make the app is user friendly. They need to add tons of features for the drivers so that it can be helpful for them, being an American company they can do much more. While we purchased the car we were told the app will get developments soon but I don’t see any of them and the recent app update made it worse, now it takes time to load, it isn’t updating the vehicle location and while we are seeing the last distance trip it does show it properly and is getting hung on in between. ON THE WHOLE AS A COMPASS OWNER, I FEEL THEY NEED TO IMPROVE A LOT. I HOPE THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES ARE TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY AND WORKING ON FUTURE UPDATES.
