Crashes horribly

Couldn’t open the app yet even a single time.. the app crashed after the login on the 1st update.. then after the latest update it still crashes.. not even able to go to login page.. app crashes when clicks get started

NEEDS A LOT OF DEVELOPMENT

This app isn’t that tech-savvy and flexible to use, it is just used for the basic functions like lock, unlock, blinking lights and honking your car. Jeep being such a premium segment vehicle and paying almost 31 lakhs for purchasing their car, it needs a lot of development to fix these issues and make the app is user friendly. They need to add tons of features for the drivers so that it can be helpful for them, being an American company they can do much more. While we purchased the car we were told the app will get developments soon but I don’t see any of them and the recent app update made it worse, now it takes time to load, it isn’t updating the vehicle location and while we are seeing the last distance trip it does show it properly and is getting hung on in between. ON THE WHOLE AS A COMPASS OWNER, I FEEL THEY NEED TO IMPROVE A LOT. I HOPE THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES ARE TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY AND WORKING ON FUTURE UPDATES.

Happy with the new updates

Had initial trouble with registration and getting my model info updated. Some of this should be editable by the user so we don’t have to rely on the dealer or backend teams. Moreover, the time to resolve from the call center or email support is too long. Had to wait almost 4 weeks before my issues were finally resolved by Chetan and Sanjay. Rating it 4 star as I’m happy with the constant improvements. All application will have some issues when the launch. Hoping for a seamless experience in the future. Will be happy to re-evaluate to 5 star in a couple months based on the updates.
