Terrible User Experience

Hey JEEP...

Great Car, has a Great Sales team and good support so far. After buying the car, you can celebrate one more car being sold or ensure the customer becomes your evangelist.

It's the small features and services that become differentiators for people to love the company beyond loving their car. And their lack can make the brand look like they don’t care.

YOU MUST REDESIGN THE APP. There is enough customer feedback here only, and the effort will be greatly appreciated.

Anyway.. as long as the car is built the way it is, you can get away with these things 😃

Here are some details:

I have seen MG, Tesla and several other car apps. Did you do any research on this? The user experience in today’s day and age has to be frictionless. It has to seamlessly allow the user to onboard, intuitively manage their car, and book a service at a tap of a button.

The colours, overall screen balance, button size, navigation, content flow and interactive parameters need improvement. Put some thought into this, please

There is a lot of scope for creativity and genuinely helping customers get more from the app.

App broken from last 3 months

Every new version comes with new bugs. After 5.0.3 update app is broken again. Now vehicle data is not updating, some times after lot of refresh the screen shows just vehicle health nothing else. Driving history and rest of all widgets have been vanished

still app is not working properly, it keeps logging out automatically every minute. Very pathetic response from Jeep India and the app team - can’t this be fixed ? ———————————————————————- Tried with new version 5.0.1 - nothing is fixed, still in same state. The app doesn’t show any data ———— 26th Dec Post ———————— The app has been completely broken from 1st week of December. Nothing is working. Why can’t this be rollback to previous version which was working fine without the so called “AI” chatbot feature ?? I really don’t care if this fancy AI features. Just give us back the original basic functionality of connectivity and vital info of car. I did raise complaints and spoke to many time to customer care, but no one is interested in fixing the issue.

NEEDS A LOT OF DEVELOPMENT

This app isn’t that tech-savvy and flexible to use, it is just used for the basic functions like lock, unlock, blinking lights and honking your car. Jeep being such a premium segment vehicle and paying almost 31 lakhs for purchasing their car, it needs a lot of development to fix these issues and make the app is user friendly. They need to add tons of features for the drivers so that it can be helpful for them, being an American company they can do much more. While we purchased the car we were told the app will get developments soon but I don’t see any of them and the recent app update made it worse, now it takes time to load, it isn’t updating the vehicle location and while we are seeing the last distance trip it does show it properly and is getting hung on in between. ON THE WHOLE AS A COMPASS OWNER, I FEEL THEY NEED TO IMPROVE A LOT. I HOPE THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES ARE TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY AND WORKING ON FUTURE UPDATES.
