Description
The application facilitates the submission of digital existence life certificate for Individual Pension Plan (IPP) Annuitants and Staff Pensioners of LIC. Option is also available for submission through "Facilitator" Option where a user other than Annuitants/staff pensioner may help them to get the certificate submitted.

Worst app
The app is not working properly and it is not a surprise as it is from LIC. It is just like the service level offered by LIC. I tried to create a life certificate , the app logs out automatically the moment the photo is captured. I tried repeatedly for several days and the same result. After few days my registered policy disappeared from the app. It is high time LIC improves its services to customers. I had to give one star as there is no provision to give zero.
Wow - what a convenient application from LIC
Completely surprised to get my Life Existence Certificate online . My mobile was not registered . To get that done - the Nagpur and Mumbai teams responded real fast . Yes real fast . That was yesterday AN. Once that done , it was smooth sailing till getting the certificate- say 3/4 minutes today morning . I was delighted. Having read other reviews, I was sceptical! Thanks LIC .

Unable to generate Life Certificate
First my policy details are not showing. After few days policy is showing but post taking the photo getting an error User session not created. Highly useless app. In digital age this is Not expected from such a big company like LIC. Worst experience!
