Just as I start getting into a show or movie, an ad interrupts the viewing experience. It feels like the app prioritizes advertising revenue over user satisfaction. Not only are these ads intrusive, but they also disrupt the flow of the content and make it difficult to enjoy anything on the platform.
To make matters worse, the app freezes frequently, leaving me stuck and unable to proceed. It's incredibly frustrating to have the app freeze during a crucial moment or in the middle of an episode. I've tried closing and reopening the app, clearing the cache, and even restarting my device, but the freezing issue persists. It's evident that the app has serious technical flaws that need to be addressed urgently. I understand that free apps rely on advertisements for revenue, but bombarding users with ads every 5 minutes and failing to provide a stable, functional app is simply unacceptable. It's clear that the developers have prioritized monetization over user experience, which is incredibly disappointing.
