not able to restore my purchase

I had already bought this app and paid 2 years ago in different phone. But since i have changed my phone from past 1 year, this app is not showing all the content every time. 90% of the time, this app is asking me to repurchase to unlock all the content and also not allowing me to restore my purchase. please help. i am in love with this app. my child learns phonics through this and playing games here is very much liked by him. please solve this issue asap.

It has good features it has the phonics sounds, stories,actions,songs,pronoucations, tests, flashcards and so on. The only Top 1 problem is that we only have a few letters that we can use and learn, for the rest you need the premium verison of the app, which I do not recommend. Anyway, you can teach your child through real world experience, so I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying the app.
