App not working properly

We are just on the first activity where pictures are shown with can you hear the sound but there is no way to get past that activity as nothing works on that page

Jolly phonics app

The app is not working properly. I have been charged the entire but it’s not at all useful because all the letter sounds are not working..

Extra charges

My card has been charged twice with extra Rs 61 which is on top of the above mentioned amount for the app.
