3. One of the Jugnoo accepts your request and moves towards your pickup location.
4. Instant confirmation along with the driver's details are displayed.
5. Call the driver directly to give specific details if required.
5. Track the Jugnoo auto coming your way on the map.
6. Pay the fare shown at the completion of the ride based on distance traveled and time taken using cash, Freecharge, Mobikwik, Paytm.

Payment Problem
App is good I suffered down time various time on it but overall its good.
The main problem is related to payment acceptance by riders they always ask whether payment is through cash at the time of booking and mostly they avoid (or say me to cancel) the ride if payment is through digital mode I know auto drivers rely on cash for various reasons but it’s back office job to train them properly and guide them to use digital payment methods. Their main expenses are like petrol gas etc They can easily use the digital money recieved from Custmer over such places.
You people should encourage them and teach them how to manage reciepts and expenses recieved through any mode.

We are going to conduct training sessions for our drivers to increase their efficiency and serve you better. You can also raise a complaint against the specific driver who deny for the E wallets from our in-app support and we will ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Pathetic services
Drivers never agree for paytm or wallet payment and force you to pay in cash. If you can’t pay in cash, they will directly cancel the request. Also, these people in order to inflate the bill, drive slowly in order to bump on every signal and also, would opt for the longest routes on their wish. Hence, your bill of 50 will sum to 80 in no time. Not to be surprised, the policies are not so stringent in the company to regulate the whims and ill and malpractice of these drivers. Initially the services were good but now it has deteriorated with time. They have even increased the fare. Moreover, the fare always ends up in an odd figure, so when you don’t have change either you have to end up paying 4-5 rs. extra to the already inflated bill, cz their drives surprisingly never have “change and chillers” to give you in return.

Payment Issue
Appreciate that this service is in Kashmir. The most alarming part of my experience came after completing the ride. To my astonishment, the final fare displayed on the app was substantially higher than the fare quoted at the beginning of the journey. When I reached out to Jugnoo customer support for clarification, I was met with vague explanations and attempts to justify the inflated pricing through surge pricing algorithms. They give the excuse that the place was somewhere else, but the thing is it was on the app and I selected it what they suggested in the app. I thought for one time it’s alright they will improve it but they are charging money seamlessly without any reason. I cannot reach out to their customer support every-time this happens. I know you can improve this, so better you do this. That’s all I can say.
