I have been using Jupiter for almost 4 months now and I switched to making most of the transactions through Jupiter. Did not rate it till now because I was enjoying the platform for quite some time but like most customers, rated it but did not review it, did not think about the app developer till now, being very open about it. What made me write this review was an Email that I received from the Jupiter team a couple hours back, stating that they will be undergoing maintenance tomorrow for 12 hours, being a banking platform, that could affect the end customers in a lot of ways and they made sure that the customers were aware of it, beforehand, on a week-off, when people love to spend. Here are some features that I loved: - Saving money in POTS - Very clear instructions about the Rewards programme(usage - based and not coupons) - Tracking and Categorising the money you spend - You can calculate your Net worth and credit score regularly through the application - A very clean UI which is amazing to use - Amazing support, amazing customer centricity(Best Feature) Would recommend it to anyone and everyone. 10 stars and a lot of love.

Brilliant App but Worst KYC experience

Gist: The Jupier app is great, but the Fedral Bank KYC process is frustratingly slow, inefficient, and handled by unhelpful Fedral Bank agents who blindly follow rules without offering solutions. Despite multiple attempts, technical issues, long wait times, and unnecessary disconnections made the process a absolute nightmare and waste of time. Opinion: KYC should be smooth and hassle-free, but this was anything but. After wasting so much time on a holiday, I finally gave up and decided to accept whatever restrictions the Federal Bank imposes. Full Experience: The waiting time was misleading—though the queue showed only three people, I kept waiting endlessly even when I was next. When I finally connected, the first agent claimed she couldn’t hear me, leading to multiple disconnections. Another agent asked me to use Bluetooth headphones, which didn’t help, and even suggested I find someone else’s phone to redo the process. How is that a solution? The agents were robotic, lacked basic courtesy, and blindly followed the process without any attempt to help. There was no option to select ‘Graphic Designer’ in the app, so I had to choose ‘Marketing & Sales.’ During video KYC, the agent questioned my profession, and when I explained, she disconnected without even trying to resolve the issue. After multiple failed attempts, I finally gave up. The entire process was extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and unnecessarily complicated.

Scamming people under disguise of “policies”

I Made an account on the app gave my adhaar and pan details and before Landing on the dashboard it made me transfer 5000 and also gave me an option to pay 245 for a physical debit card. After all the payments were done, it prompted me to complete my vKYC. On clicking the link it showed, cant complete the process as I am outside India which was not true. Raised a ticket of this issue and got this reply “we cant process your request because of some policy that even I dont have info about”. I escalated the matter then got a call where they explained that federal bank does not operate in my location and they got my location when I tried to join vKYC call which is a very lame excuse as they already had my aafhaar and pan info. I asked them to close my account and refund the amount that I have paid for the debit card but their excuse was they can only initiate a refund through jars which is a feature that I can access only after I complete my vKYC. They had my adhaar my pan and they claim they didnt know my location before joining the link. This is absolutely disgusting service from Jupiter’s end. Probably the worst neo bank service I have used.
