Brilliant application, brilliant customer centricity!
I have been using Jupiter for almost 4 months now and I switched to making most of the transactions through Jupiter. Did not rate it till now because I was enjoying the platform for quite some time but like most customers, rated it but did not review it, did not think about the app developer till now, being very open about it. What made me write this review was an Email that I received from the Jupiter team a couple hours back, stating that they will be undergoing maintenance tomorrow for 12 hours, being a banking platform, that could affect the end customers in a lot of ways and they made sure that the customers were aware of it, beforehand, on a week-off, when people love to spend. Here are some features that I loved: - Saving money in POTS - Very clear instructions about the Rewards programme(usage - based and not coupons) - Tracking and Categorising the money you spend - You can calculate your Net worth and credit score regularly through the application - A very clean UI which is amazing to use - Amazing support, amazing customer centricity(Best Feature) Would recommend it to anyone and everyone. 10 stars and a lot of love.

Brilliant so far!
I barely write reviews but I am so pleased with this product that I thought the Jupiter team deserves a kudos! I opened this account as a back up account, but have started using it as the primary account for all my spending.
Opening the account was seamless and I received the debit card within a week. I used it on the first day and it seemed to work well.
The entire experience reinforces faith in digital banking. Quite similar to Monzo in the UK.
Well done team Jupiter. I intend to recommend this to as many people as I can. Thank you.

Filled with bugs and horrible customer service.
Tried this app as it looked good in the ads but then like most fintech startup’s the disappointing journey began. It automatically picked up my details from some old account linked them to my account. Email ID, address etc all the ways to communicate were locked and guess what its impossible to change. So I all my cards, statements go to an email id and address where I don’t live. It’s been 8 months now and yep it’s still the same.
Their customer service team is insane. Firstly their chat support will keep bouncing you off one agent to another. Most of them have no clue what they’re doing and keep asking the same question again and again. When I finally managed to get a ticket raised it was marked as resolved a few days later even though the solution was never given. Now I’m stuck with money invested in mutual funds which I can’t redeem because of lock-in and I can’t delete my data off this account while they sit and do nothing about solving it.
All the information with regards to you investment is mismatched. Bank numbers are all wrong. I’d never recommend this to anyone.
