Metro express - not working
From last few days metro express is not working.
Please fix this.
Updation required in application
1.To verify driver movement GPS route is not shown after booking to know the expected time at pick up location
2. Expected time of arrival is not correct.
3. It is better to add one more feature with roof top color like Grey,Blue and yellow to have option to choose specific taxi. As I would like to travel always with silver top karwa taxi.
4. Credit card payment is missing. This will help to avoid disputes with cash in change between customer and taxi driver.
GPS not precise
The app shows a taxi is 1 min away, but it takes at least 10 minutes for the taxi to arrive. GPS doesn’t pick up prominent locations.
Looks like one can book a taxi then have a shower, breakfast by the time the taxi arrives
